Rates

Our flat rate is $129 per night for all available dates.  No per person add on charges.  $10 reservation fee, no hot tub fees.  Our simple pricing is designed to allow you to get the most from your budget. 

A signed copy of our Rental Rules Agreement is required with every reservation.  You can download the agreement here.

No cleaning fee charged on stays - regardless of length.

9.5% state sales tax added on all stays.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IN JULY, OCTOBER AND ON HOLIDAYS
